Berkeley Lab Computing Sciences Research has an immediate opening for a Security/Systems Postdoctoral Researcher to perform vital research and development in the area of the use of trusted execution environments (TEEs) in high-performance computing (HPC) domains. The goal of this work is to enable high-performance scientific computing of sensitive data without significantly compromising usability or performance. The work includes software development of and experimentation with security and privacy technologies critical to facilitate data collection and sharing.
Applications from interested graduate students working in security and privacy areas pertinent to our application areas are always welcome. Interested students should contact Dr. Sean Peisert directly, including a CV and a detailed letter describing why your interest and expertise is relevant to our group’s work.
